WINTER COLLECTION IS HERE

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO ARRIVE? 

Orders within Greater Cairo & Giza take in 3-5 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within a maximum of 5-6 business days. Note that Fridays and Saturdays, as well as regional national holidays, do not count as business days. Same-day and next-day delivery services are not supported, yet, by our end. 

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We aim for all orders to be prepared and shipped within a couple of hours of receiving them, so edits are restricted to ensure a smooth process from our end. However, if a change is urgently necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly do our best to assist you further. 

IS IT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE ORDER WHILE THE COURIER WAITS?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service. Orders are to be fully accepted upon their receipt. However, we’re committed to providing exceptional post-purchase services to ensure our customers’ satisfaction with their orders. Read our exchange and refund policy for reference. 

HOW CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT AFTER PURCHASING?

Surely, however it follows our terms & conditions. If item is on sale, there is no refund or exchange unless item is damaged. Read the rest of our conditions in “Terms & Conditions” page.
