HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO ARRIVE?

Orders within Greater Cairo & Giza take 3-5 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within a maximum of 5-6 business days. Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays do not count as business days. Same-day and next-day delivery services are not supported yet.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We aim for all orders to be prepared and shipped within a couple of hours, so edits are restricted to keep the process smooth. However, if a change is urgently necessary, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

IS IT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE ORDER WHILE THE COURIER WAITS?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service. Orders are to be fully accepted upon receipt. However, we’re committed to providing exceptional post-purchase services to ensure customer satisfaction. Please refer to our exchange and refund policy.

HOW CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT AFTER PURCHASING?

Refunds and exchanges follow our terms and conditions. If an item is on sale, there is no refund or exchange unless the item is damaged. Please read the full conditions on the Terms & Conditions page.
